September is still a few days (months?) away, but Champions Online already has its eye on that month for the occasion of its 16th birthday. To prepare for the Sweet Sixteen anniversary, the Champs team is taking a poll as to what superhero costume piece should be added to the game for the event.

These include tentacle wings, circle belts, steampunk prosthetics, hip armor, spike boots, a Chinese Qipao dress, perching animal shoulder pieces, ritual hats, full-length robes, shield arms, and arcane bracers. Sadly, “all of the above” is not an option in the poll. Happily, the devs say, “[W]e will try to include as many of them as possible starting with the ones that have the most votes.”

The devs said that they are “cooking some stuff behind the scenes” for the event, so stay tuned for possibly more 16th anniversary announcements.
