The first chapter of the Light & Rain story in DC Universe Online is going out with a bang as Daybreak’s Dimensional Ink has launched a finale event for Day of Reckoning that offers boosts and benefits between now and Tuesday, May 27th.Play DCUO for free

During the finale event, players can take on a total of five daily challenges in order to get special currencies, double kaznia crown earnings from all Day of Reckoning missions and On Duty bosses, and double reputation for the Laughing Hound Pub faction doing those same missions and bosses. There’s also a discount on episode currency in the cash shop for those who care to stock up and catch up.

The event is part of the lead-up to the Fearful Day chapter, which is arriving on Wednesday, May 28th. So now is the last chance to wrap up tasks in the current arc before the next one lands. Because that’s what a finale is.
