Monsters & Memories shares a tentative open playtest schedule for the rest of this year

Old school-styled MMORPG Monsters & Memories runs a bunch of playtests. That’s nothing new to our regulars by now. But perhaps the info drop for when these tests happen has been kind of obnoxious for you, especially if you’re not subscribed to a newsletter or staring unblinking at the game’s Discord server. If so, you’ll be pleased to see the new list of tentative open test dates that stretch out for the rest of 2025.

Tests are lined up for June, July, September, and November, each of which will be staying online for different lengths of time – three days at the shortest and 10 days at the longest. These tests are mostly about stressing the servers, hence their open nature, and will be part of the MMORPG’s run-up to closed alpha, closed beta, and eventually early access launch, which is still targeting an early 2026 release window.

Niche Worlds Cult confirms twice in the same announcement that dates are tentative and subject to change depending on development, but ideally this will grant curious fans some time to ready for future public stress tests.
